Q. Will you redirect all email to my site to an existing email address?
A. Yes, if that is your preference.
Read no further! Email from your web site should already be working. If not, send us a message from the email address you wish to use.

Q. Do I have to pay extra for an email account?
A. No. An email account as part of the web-hosting plan.

Q. Will I be able to check my email through a web browser, e.g., Internet Explorer?
A. Yes, webmail access is provided as part of our web-hosting service. The access URL is http://webmail.your-site-name.co.nz (or.com etc.). Your User name and Password are the same ones used for your email program (e.g.; Outlook Express)

Your web hosting account with Ventura Publications includes an email account, if required.

The following three screen shots shows how to edit an account under the Tools Menu of Outlook Express version 5.


Above: Select Accounts under the Tools menu.


Above: Click on the account you wish to alter. Choose Properties to alter an existing account set-up.


Above: Under servers ensure that the "Incoming mail (POP3)" field is pop.your-site-name.co.nz (or .com etc). Set the "Account Name" and "Password" fields to the settings advised by Ventura Publications.
